Residential Service Coordinator

Accurate Door is hiring a Residential Service Coordinator to help turn incoming residential opportunities into booked work, smooth communication, strong customer experiences, and real revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, sales-capable, and comfortable using technology to keep both customers and the team moving forward.

You will be the bridge between the customer and the field. That means answering phones, booking jobs, helping move door-sale opportunities along, making follow-up calls, gathering reviews, supporting maintenance plan growth, and helping create a polished experience from first contact through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming residential leads across a variety of platforms and convert into scheduled jobs
• Oversee and support residential door sales and estimate follow-up
• Help coordinate installs and customer communication
• Make happy calls, gather reviews, and support post-service follow-up and sales efforts
• Promote maintenance plan enrollment and renewals
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to keep work accurate and organized
• Help improve booking rates, response times, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client-facing experience
• Sales confidence and comfort discussing options and money
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong communication skills over the phone and in person
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and GoHighLevel is a plus
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base salary of $50,000 plus bonus and commission structure
• Additional earnings through bonuses and commission based on booking, sales, and customer retention results. Total earnings vary by performance and are not guaranteed
