Accurate Door is hiring a Commercial Office Administrator to support the commercial side of the business through strong communication, accurate paperwork, financial follow-through, and dependable day-to-day coordination. You will help manage incoming commercial requests, customer communication, accounts receivable activity, reporting, and administrative processing. This role supports the health of the business behind the scenes while still requiring strong people skills and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming commercial leads and help schedule service appointments
- Provide proactive customer communication so that customers feel cared for throughout the process
- Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and outstanding balance follow-up
- Assist with purchase orders, reports, and administrative documentation
- Keep records organized and accurate across company systems
- Support office operations with professionalism and follow-through
Qualifications
- Administrative or office operations experience
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver's license is helpful
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience
